When choosing a place, it is necessary to take into account:

• trade zones; it is desirable to have a cultural surrounding landscape - the lack of construction sites, large plants and enterprises;

• It is preferable to have a place under the summer area; preferably convenient access and parking for car delivery;

• Floor: first, first + second, first + basement;

• building: non-residential administrative or commercial, possibly an apartment building, in which there was already a catering establishment;

• Requirements for accommodation: non-residential fund; the area is 200-350 square meters, with a hall not less than 150 square meters; there must be two exits, one of which is front;

• Hall: ideally a rectangular room with window windows that face the facade; ceiling not lower than 3.5 m;

• communication: availability of electric power not less than 70 kW or the possibility of increasing; availability of water supply and sewerage systems;

Lease term: from 7 years.
